Can you tell me what forms the net asset value basis for OEL? Where do they have reserves (you mentioned Proven reserves in LA)? Are they PDP or PUD? IF PUD, what is the nature of the development work (one of your previous posts mentioned workovers)? Do they have production anywhere else? What about land inventory?
