I am much less excited about incorporating a camera into a phone.

One industry that might use this is the real estate appraisal business. Take the picture(s) of the house and immediately send it to office for processing into appraisal. This industry has already made switch to digital cameras in a big way. I think instant wireless photo communication might be another leap in productivity.

Also, what about claims adjusting to speed up that process?

More importantly, until you have the capability, the biggest uses often don't show up. Once you have the capability, they do.
