And along those same lines, from this morning's ML research (ML has consistently been bullish on TYC):

"The shares of Tyco have been under pressure, we believe, due [to] concerns that Tyco may lower its EPS estimate guidance, speculation that the sale of Tyco Plastics has been delayed and concerns about the SEC."
