Although TYC had a selling climax in February and had a successful test of the lows, the break-out in March failed.
A sign of weakness. It has now broken support on increasing volume, confirming the weakness of the failed rally.

The option is fairly valued at $1.80 with break-even about 24.90. It's possible it could drop to 22 to test the lows.
Althought it shows a 76% probability for profit, why would you want to buy a weak stock?

JMHO,

Dominick
