Hi Bill, saw a piece by regular market technician Frank Barbera on LA bus. channel, on the 52 month cycle related to Presidential Elections. Remarkable accuracy picking tops and bottoms. Picks the bottom at June 98. He gave the authors name and book on this study, but it wized past me I didn't get it down. Anybody familiar with this work.
