He said the deal would go thru, and that people over reacted to the lawyers and what they said and he is standing behind THE companys projections and that the spread is at 12% and is good buying oppertunity, he also said that when it is HWPs turn on the stand we will see something much differnt then what Walters lieing lawyers have been saying.
