New Home Sales fall 3% to 878K; near expectations Though New Home Sales fell in March instead of rose, but that was largely due to a healthy upward revision to February to 906K from 875K; the 878K level of March sales was actually quite close to the 890K consensus and is still consistent with a strong housing market. This should have no market impact. Briefing.com is getting like CNBC...hahahahah
