Regarding the quality of brokers, and how important it is <g> This morning at 9:55 I was short the nasdaq futures, waiting for the report with my finger on the trigger, and a stop 5 pts above my short sale. 2 minutes before the report, my cable cut out. Although my stop would have taken me out if the futures surged, PFG answered the phone on one ring - 4x in a row - and was able to move my stop down four times within ten minutes to cover me in the low 20s over the phone. Without that top notch phone service, I'd still be short but would have missed those gains...or God forbid I was long, I would have been temporarily toasted <G> Cheap commissions are nice, but without good phone service it does not pay off in the end...
