Thanks SIer. I just read that site - very informative. The only reason I mentioned HP is because this is what I am currently using, and a few years ago I had major driver conflicts between scanner/printer - I now have a HP scanner and printer and I figured that by staying with the HP printer would eliminate any future conflicts.
