ZAPP may prove a seed that sprouts multiple East European shoots... The investment into ZAPP might work out ok if it was the only one. The problem is that the are also considering large investments into an Indonesian 450MHz operator (also a Malaysian one?). It would take a lot of 450MHz handset sales to offset the write-off of even one of these investments. It would be different if these investments had paid off in the past but Qualcomm has not been very astute in their carrier investments. Slacker
