Dan, If your position goes wrong, you have an out. The broker told you you were buyin 99's right? When they expire in 98 and you have not made a profit to your liking, take it up with your broker, he's liable. If he tells you that he is buying ABC company but actually buys XYZ, this is his error and he must indemnify your losses.
