people sell the news and buyers buy the fall (my guess only). That's what makes a market. IMO, the stock put in a head and shoulders bottom between 12/01 and 02/02 broke above the neckline on anticipation of ICE news. Then, market participants sold the news and the stock fell back into support of the neckline from the head and shoulders bottom, to await further news. So goes the saga of investing in research.
