CREW DEVELOPMENT CORP.: WARRANTS AQCUIRED BY DIRECTORS
Jan Vestrum, president and chief executive officer of Crew Development, and
Hans Christian Qvist, chairman of the company, have purchased warrants that
entitle them to purchase common shares of Crew.
Mr. Vestrum has purchased two million warrants for 7.34 cents each, which
expire on May 1, 2003, and are exercisable for 42 cents per share.
Mr. Qvist has purchased 1.75 million warrants for 7.34 cents each, which
expire on May 1, 2003, and are exercisable for 42 cents per share. |
