I can't argue too much with what you're saying, but it would highly unusual for a stock to have such a continuous decline and then a positive earnings surprise. Usually the lack of a pre-earnings run-up portends bad news that institutions have gotten wind of. I guess I don't consider that being nervous, but rather being realistic. It won't be long before we know the truth of the matter. Regards. Russ
