Mark, people that have access to paid services know that information. Your stock broker should be able to get it off Bloomburg. I think that the selling today was "worry" over that 144. Companies that don't have earnings and show insider selling are a market concern, but a company like FRSH that should show earnings, it's just a long awaited payday for someone. We still don't know if it's a sell anyway, it could just be stock transfer to a family member.
