Dale,

Looks like they're setting up to cement the surface casing in
place. It's the first stage of drilling to protect the aquifiers from
contamination. The depth of the suface casing varies from state
to state depending on the location. Once they get this in place
the crew will go down to the normal size bit and carry on. Hope you
guys' hit it big time.
