et, I just thought of this perspective. You say no drilling and increase car mileage by several percent. But since you personally dislike fluorescents you should have the right to not use bulbs that are 400% more efficient. So should I say a law should be passed to make you use fluorescents. My argument has over 1000% more conservation on it's side. Think about it.
