she may be able to justify it this way but that would apply to doctors who would be performing the procedure. The only way doctors can justify it if they view it as less than a child.

If she can justify it, they can justify it. If you are in a situation where it is legitimate to use deadly force to save yourself then it is also legitimate for someone else to use deadly force to save you.
