Another "thing" to consider, is that there is no more land being "produced". Land (at least at this point in our lives) is a finite quantity. Think I'll stick with property (real estate) as my major investment area. BTW, I agree with BAMBS re: when CSCO warns, CSCO will go below/around $10.00. Below that, I have my doubts - it is the 800# gorilla in its arena. Most systems, small and large use the CSCO router(s)... Take Care one and all!
