Hi Dale -- this chart gives an interesting perspective ... siliconinvestor.com There always a chance of another swift legs down, but chart suggests: 1) we have retraced to 1997/1998 levels 2) the market is base building The NASDAQ is a toughy to use as a predictive indicator since it is so tied to the greed/fear factors. Also, there were sooo many IPOs in 1998 - 2000, I have no clue that the total number of NASDAQ shares were back in 1998 vs. today. Chris
