Hi Henry,

If we see 23-24 I'll be buying.

I'm a bit concerned with the time period coming up prior to the Q2 announcement.I usually go fishing during that time.I can remember some selling I did on a cell phone bobbing out around a drilling rig.I can remember that happening several years.

I think Cohu is holding up well today.I've been lightening up here and taking a little off the block. My recent add to's are bot in the 25 -27.50 range. Selling here takes some money off the block and gives me a minor profit.

I'm holding all the stock bought at the breakout @ 23.65.23-24 at worst case will be the new support and a good reentry spot.

If I'm wrong and we go to the moon from here - I'll reenter if we pop over 30.65 on 1 million plus volume.

If not I still have More Cohu than ever (average in the 18's) and purchasing power that allows me to go fishing with a "NO WORRY" capability. I hate selling with out my computer around it feels like going outside naked.gg

All in all -Cohu is in a profitable maintenance position.Perhaps AMAT will generate sector interest on 05/14.

I bought the stock looking for a stock price pop and earnings/backlog are improving but not robust. So I'm taking some money off the table.Thinking Q 3 is the surprise quarer. I'll probably go for good news on Q2 also. These funds are not the core holding they are the fun frosting - It's where I make my most mistakes.hehe

Any final shakeout and I'll average down from recent "ADD TO's".

You never go broke taking a profit - wished I would have done it back above 30 - but only Gottfried is that nimble.

I never worry about the top 10-15 %.

KVHI has their webcast in 30 minutes their sales are up 18% and still say they'll grow 30-40% in 02. Next quarter I think they make money - like Cohu I hope.

Bob
