Great numbers and analysis, as usual, RS.

I have a couple of questions.

#1. What exactly are the "new accounting procedures" that many companies, including INSP and most recently, AOL/TW refer to. Many have loses because of "new accounting procedures". Does it mean that they are no longer cooking the books? Did the Enron mess put the fear of God in them. What's the deal?

#2. Cash seems to be the most important thing right now. I read in MONEY mag that Microsoft is stashing cash like crazy...like 4 billion. Do they know something that INSP does not know? (dah-h) And should we all see the end in sight with NJ selling?

Thanks.
