The curious part is though, why fraud suddenly became a huge problem in Q1 2002. Was it a problem before? What was special in Q1 2002 to make it a big problem? Were the management not forthcoming before, or are they using fraud as an excuse now?

I was always confident in the management's credibility. Now that confidence is shaken.
