So Clinton got to wade in the shallow end, while Bush got tossed into rough waters, and you think Clinton did a better job?

Ten, first there is nothing shallow about the waters in the Middle East. Granted things were not as bad as they are now......however, it was never easy. And you don't have evidence that Clinton could not have handled the current situation.

In fact, it can be said that things have gotten as bad as they have because of the change in presidents and the learning curve the new administration had to overcome to get in step. No one's fault but a very real possibility.
