they were sizing for significant larger revenue. it was logical to do so. now, they are resizing. could it have been avoided. sure, if one were to go against the conventional wisdom and orders sizes, and sold out capacity etc. etc. GLW will give an investor a sizeable return if one has the vantage point of 18-36 months. short term, quite dismal still. larry
