The wheelbarows of cash in gemany were under exceptional circumstances involving france occupying the industrial zone of western germany when the Weimar republic defaulted on war reparations.German workers were paid not to work in protest .The gov had no financial reserves so just printed as much fiat money as was needed(no reserves ,no production).That is not the case in America.But when I was little a mars bar cost a nickle.What does it cost now?
