Where are the $ figures coming from?

Here's Swiss franc over last 2 years:

Overall, no trend- -it's stable.

We're gaining against the Japanese Yen:

And the British Pound:

And the Euro:
quote.yahoo.com

And the Canadian dollar (our largest trading partner):
quote.yahoo.com

Now all those show a weakening of the dollar over the last few months. A trend? We shall see.
And I agree that if foreigners pull their money out of the US, there will be serious trouble.
But where will they put it? If they try to shove it all into Europe, there will be a bubble there.
