I contacted the company today. I learned the following:

1. The water depth measures from 2 to 6 meters.
2. They have 2 to 3 years of open pittable mining on dry land before they need to go under water.
3. A company called Goldner and Associates is working on a plan to utilize a system of dikes yo control the water. The expected cost of this will be 4 to 6 million dollars assuming they can use waste from the open pit operations. This will be allowed if the waste is not acidic, which the rep felt was unlikely.
4. Goldner is still working on plan.
5. He is going to look through prefeasibilty report for me and if this issue is addressed he will fax the info to me. If I get I will post the info.
6. He does not think it likely permitting will be a problem.

Hope this is helpful.
