You have no obligation to refute anything. Unless of course someone is challenging your assertion, and you wish to be taken as a serious researcher. Sure, some things are a matter of faith. What I am seeing, however, more and more, is the "Faith in Bush Inc." being ascribed by many, who lack any other response. For example, the "he's a good man" response, which completely bypasses anything the Constitution or history teaches us about the abuse of power. "For they are all good men", as was said as Rome crumbled.
