15:20 ET Saudi Arabia will not use oil as a weapon : An advisor to Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah stated after his meeting with President Bush that Saudi Arabia will not use oil as a "political weapon", despite their earlier rhetoric (see 11:57 comment). This statement should come as no surprise, although XOM briefly sold off on the news but has since bounced back into the green.
