This would be a retest of the lows if you correct for that anomaly. If the index rallies from here, wouldn't that be a pretty bullish sign?

I still think you've got an old power base of money making a last grab. They are loosing control of the markets due to the internet and access on info. They are loosing control of energy due to new technology. Gold is gone..

The old basis for wealth is crumbling.
