VRSN VeriSign matches EPS estimates; misses on revenues (18.24 +0.24) -- Update --
Reports Q1 pro forma (and fully taxed) EPS of $0.20, in line with the Multex consensus; revenues were $328 mln, which includes HO Systems but was still below consensus of $340.0 mln. Says results were not up to its expectations and announces a restructuring, including layoffs of 10% of workforce.
