For your info, BAY is likely to try for equity financing only as it will provide a much better IRR in excess of 55% instead of 45% with a mix of equity/debt financing.

BTW, have you studied the structure and silver distribution of the deposit and evaluate its impact on the mining plan and potential cash flows ? I would like your comment on this.
