Atkins diet author home after cardiac arrest... cnn.com I have some friends that went on this crazy diet and I never could understand it...I have been fortunate (so far) and have never had a reason to be on a diet...Yet, if I was going to diet seriously I would be more inclined to follow the advice of Dr. Dean Ornish from The Bay Area. regards, -Scott BTW, Scott I'm giving Amazon more business in 2002 than I have in quite some time -- I'm also finding that their customer service has actually improved =)
