so in that case baby is classified as an attacker by our moral code? Probably not, however its presence is directly killing the mother so you could try to make that argument. It might not be a totally irational argument but it isn't one I would be likely to support. What if mother chooses baby over her own life? Would doctors kill an innocent in order to let attacker live then? If she chooses to die to save her child I don't think that anyone should stop this. In most cases however if the mother dies the unborn child dies. If the child is mature enough to live without the mother then just do a c-section or early induced labor instead of an abortion. Tim
