To All: I am a new user of the delayed service, and have several questions I'd like to throw out for general responses: 1) Are these people (naq & papyrus) for real?? I understand that Papyrus has some affiliation w/Ernst & Young, but what about NAQ? Are they part of a large corporation or are they a startup? How are they funded? I have tried contacting NAQ via e-mail & got no response, same for Papyrus by telephone (can't even get a human voice at Papy).. 2) Who is the real owner of the product, naq or papy?? I don't mean this as a slur, but I've done business w/Canadians in the past and have learned to be deeply sceptical. Who will support the software? The datafeed? Will there be "one ass to kick", or several? 3) Is there any documentation available (other than help) now, or is any contemplated? Guidance on setting up scans to look for specific situations would be most helpful.
I am a full-time trader, and use Interquote for RT service. I have customized their template extensively, and it works very well for me. But I love what i've seen of I/T, and will seriously consider switching (or perhaps even using both) if I can get some answers to these questions. Many Thanks, |
