Thanks for the Gruntal info. I'll accept your reading that there's nothing more than estimates.

The 2003 estimate gives CLGY a forward PE of about 5. Assigning a more appropriate PE gives the stock a price in the 30s. Even a conservative PE of 20 = a stock price in the 20s.

Gruntal's coverage could lead to something more. I believe that they're a sell-side analyst. I'll try to find out if anything like a secondary offering is planned.
