The chart did look good at the time of my last post, but obviously IT spending continues to be VERY WEAK!! There is nothing we can do about it. VIGN seems to be taking the quick and necessary steps to become profitable in this terrible climate. Their products continue to be sold, but with serious spending still months and months away, many big investors are also staying away.
