I don't hate the oil companies, I just oppose them having too much power as they do now. Their product is also dirty and getting out-dated and is doing more harm than good. Oil will be around for a long time but we can gradually dove-tail off it. The price for oil is already too high, add to the price at the pump pollution costs, defence costs, Middle Eastern hassles and even terrorism. We wouldn't even BE in Saudi Arabia if it weren't for oil. It's a win-win idea everyone should start discussing. And what do you mean we have 7 years supply on hand. Where? That's a helluva lot of oil.
