To all: Most of you want to kill the messenger just because of the way he presents the bad news. I would like to thank Hunter for presenting the info he did. Looking ahead, I can only see 2 possible scenarios:
1. Stamm is a scam, and the technology is garbage. This possibility is backed up by the presence of Ebeling, whose prior experience is with a movie company that promised huge returns, but refused to give any info to shareholders, who watched their investment decline steadily. (sound familiar?) Hunter was one of them and now sees an opportunity to get the guy resposible.
2. Stamm wants to cut out all the "greedy speculators" that stand to profit from any discovery, and take control of the company. Doing this involves issuing more stock and a favourable agreement with a new company (Patroclas). Since some of the actions taken may have been illegal, the Australians may prefer to walk away and focus on their own successful careers, forgetting about the stranglehold agreements (financially very favorable to them) that they had with IMMM.

Either case tends to push the stock price lower. Some of us have watched and hoped and lost weekly for many months. So now what?
Does anyone know if these actions are illegal and can be stopped?
