that's a non sequitor i believe. no such thing as a spandex toga. but considering your national handicaps... we who rule will allow a spandex draping in honor of purely cultural differences. a visa however, may be quite swiss in nature and subject to numerous local and national approvals. we don't just give the freedom away anymore, okay dude?
