You must have really been pissed at spending $50,000 to rescue that mangy dog in the Pacific.

Depends on whose money it was. If it was private money, NMFP. If it was tax money, I'd call it seriously inappropriate. If it was my money I would call it outrageous, though of course it wouldn't be. I do hope that whoever spent it knows how many hungry human children could have been fed with that money.

I hope somebody at least got to eat the dog.
