The first/second tier are vulnerable right now to fund selling and short attacks. So to some extent I've been moving to lower-profile stocks and to stocks that don't have trial/FDA risk predominating.

That said, I think SEPR is an excellent value right now on a risk adjusted basis, as is ITMN. I've added to both recently.
