Quietly echo the thoughts of a budding pessimist... Would you have your viable business acquired by a still vacant ticker burdened with 120M disillusioned votes...or acquire the ticker yourself under ridiculous terms after using a cache of those shares which failed to appreciate the last 2 years to flatten the price? Hmmmm....
