There are multiple suits moving forward. I've been on a mailing list of one group that has just retained a firm and is signing up class members as we speak- unfortunately I've been too busy to follow the details exactly. I don't even have time to add up my losses to get on thier list. It's ok, as far as I'm concerned the suits are just to make money for the lawyers and do little to payback the shareholders. Nevertheless I'm happy to know that they are going to make the crooks who instigated this fraud squirm a bit. Eric
