Officers:
Javad Hassan, 59 Chairman
Joseph Rocci, 52 VP of Marketing
Roger Jack, 40 VP, Software Engineering
Michael Quelly, 46 VP of Hardware Engineering
Maqbool Qurashi VP and Gen. Mang., AM Broadband Services

Key Partners/Customers:
Several of the most respected suppliers of broadband communications equipment have incorporated the Company's status monitoring products under their own private label; such as AT&T, General Instrument, Augat Communications, Philips and Hewlett-Packard and Lucent. In fact, the company?s AM OmniVU software provides standard interfaces to other systems through relationships established with industry leaders such as Hewlett-Packard, Arrowsmith, OSI, and others. The Company sells directly to cable operators and telco's including Cablevision, Comcast, Adelphia, Cable One, TCI, AOL Time Warner, GTE, Sprint, Pacific Bell, and others. Additionally, the Company has OEM sales relationships with the major equipment providers and integrators including AT&T, General Instrument, ADC, Also have major CableTV operator(s) in Europe, through Philips and other European partnerships. Also in Australia, Japan, and Korea.

AM communication products have been indorsed by some of the most prestigious leading names in the cable, phone and internet industry. In fact, John Koval, Vice President of marketing of General Instrument repeated this message, stating: GI's decision to go with AM was based upon several critical factors: first, AM's open product architecture encourages active participation by the HFC equipment manufacturers and third party software vendors. Second, the telecommunications industry is rapidly becoming a multi-vendor environment where network equipment must be managed as part of a single, cost effective solution. AM's practice of cooperative engineering is an essential ingredient in making this a reality. Third, by devising a direct-connect solution with AM that obviates the need for proxy agents and additional computing hardware, management of Omnistar becomes practical and affordable,' continued Koval. Thus, AM communications is also capitalizing on the ?friends and backers theory? as well.

How many stocks have more revenues then market cap?
AM Communications ticker AMCM may just have more revenues then market cap! So look for a surprise pop from AMCM. AMCM Market Cap is $25.9M.
AMCM Revenues for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2001 were $15.9 million.

AMCM Revenues for the first 3 quarters of 2002 were $19.5 million.

I'm guessing:
At the least Revenues for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2002 could be $23.1 million if AMCM makes the same as last years march quarter of $3.6 mill.

Now if AMCM makes another $11.4 mill for this quarter as they did for the last quarter. Revenues for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2002 could be $30.9 million.

AMCM Competitors DIGL , A , ACTR , EXFO

DIGL , A , ACTR , EXFO are losing Earnings Per Share while AMCM is making 2 cents Earnings Per Share & growing.

This is what DIGL does:
Digital Lightwave Inc. designs, develops, markets and supports diagnostic products for monitoring, maintaining and managing fiber optic networks. Telecommunications service providers utilize fiber optics to provide increased network bandwidth to transmit Internet, voice, data and multimedia video traffic. The Company's products provide telecommunications service providers and equipment manufacturers with capabilities to cost-effectively deploy and manage fiber optic networks to address the rapidly increasing demand for bandwidth. The Company's current customers include telecommunications service providers such as GTE, MCI WorldCom, Qwest Communications, Level 3 Communications and Ameritech, telecommunications equipment manufacturers such as Alcatel Network Systems, Tellabs, Nortel Networks and Cisco Systems, and equipment leasing companies such as Telogy and Technology Rental Services.

********************************************************************************

This is what AMCM does:

AM has applied its technical strengths in RF communications, microprocessor-controlled circuits and application software to produce a proprietary system that allows CATV operators to monitor the performance and operation of the complete broadband transmission network, thereby enhancing network reliability and optimizing performance. The Company's product categories include Plant Equipment Monitoring Devices, Monitoring Control Units, Headend Monitoring Devices Network Monitoring Software System and QuickStat Plant Management Systems.

********************************************************************************

This is what EXFO does:

Now looking at these 3 companies I don't see DIGL as a direct competitor unless AMCM gets more into
the telecommunications field like DIGL is in. I just listened to DIGL conference call and they stated they only ran into 3 competitors Agilent, Acterna & I'm not sure what I herd on the third company sounded like NN Ritzee but could have been GN Nettest from looking on DIGL message board on yahoo! At the same time I see EXFO in the cable markets..

AMCM primarily for cable television (CATV) systems. Products: Plant Equipment Monitoring Devices, Monitoring Control Units, Headend Monitoring Devices Network Monitoring Software System and QuickStat Plant Management Systems.

DIGL primarly for telecommunications service providers & telecommunications equipment manufacturers. DIGL designs, develops, markets and supports diagnostic products for monitoring, maintaining and managing fiber optic networks.

EXFO designer, manufacturer and marketer of fiber-optic test, measurement and monitoring instruments for the telecommunications industry. solutions primarily to telecommunications carriers, cable television companies, public utilities, private network operators, as well as third-party installers and equipment rental companies.

Now here is where the real Competion is I think, BUT there is more business to be found then AMCM or ACTR can handle:

Acterna Corporation is a global communications equipment company focused on network technology solutions. The Company's operations are conducted primarily by Acterna, its wholly owned subsidiary based in Germantown, Maryland. Its offices are principally located in the United States and Europe, with other operations, primarily sales offices, located in Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and the Far East. The Company is managed in two business segments, communications test and inflight information systems. The communications test business develops, manufactures and markets instruments, systems, software and services that test, deploy, manage and optimize communications networks, equipment and services. The inflight information systems segment, through its Airshow Inc. subsidiary, provides passenger cabin video information display systems and information services for the general and commercial aviation markets.

Acterna's Cable Networks Division announced the integration of the PathTrak Performance Monitoring System with the Cheetah NetMentor Status Monitoring System.
The unified capabilities of NetMentor(TM) and PathTrak(TM) allow cable operators to diagnose problems from anywhere in the hybrid fiber/coaxial (HFC) network.
Acterna has $12 million in losses due to mergers so it will have to work things out before it has profits?

AM Communication is due for massive growth!

Being listed on the OTC BB would lead most investors to believe AMCM was a start-up, however they have actually been in business since 1974. In fact, AM has over 400,000 network transponders deployed worldwide, more than 400 broadband data communications and HFC networks are monitored using solutions from AM, over 300,000 plant miles are supported with products and expertise from AM, and their systems have been deployed and supported in 23 countries across 5 continents.

Jay Hassan, Chairman, AM Communications Chairmen, commented "We are very pleased with our profitability. Our operating model is starting to show the results Our gross profit is up and overall, we have a much more efficient engineering development team." Simply, it appears AM Communications is clicking on all cylinders.

High-speed data, Video-on-Demand, Internet, and IP telephony

AM Communications’ Omni2000 Ingress Management System monitors, isolates ingress, and analyzes the return RF spectrum from specific node areas. This system enables the broadband operator to introduce with confidence such advanced services as high-speed data, Video-on-Demand, Internet, and IP telephony, which are all highly dependent upon a reliable and robust HFC return path.

What does it do for you?

New services equate to new revenues; a reliable return path is a necessary ingredient in this equation.

System is completely user-friendly, and is based on the point and click methods of Windows NT.

This is where I feel that AM Communications revenue will grow Very fast.

To me this looks like a company like Mastec New York Stock: MZT .
