And if I come up with an answer for this, will you come up with another hypothetical. I'm not saying I have all the answers to every situation. When the mother's life is also in danger then two lives are in the balance and the situation is a lot more complex.

If abortion is legal in cases where the mother's life is in danger without one, (and since we are making a hypothetical we can just say that she will die without one), and she is unconscious, then it would be legal for however is making the decision for her to decide to have the abortion done at least to the extent that 1 - The person making the decision has a legal right to make her medical conditions and 2 - She didn't make a decision not to have an abortion before going unconscious.
