This is what we get when we have a straight-talking dimwit as fearless leader. Crown Prince Abdullah of Saudi Arabia bluntly told President Bush Thursday that the United States must temper its support for Israel or face grave consequences startribune.com cnn.com But within hours of Bush calling for Sharon to back off, the Israli army is rolling back into villiages. Sharon sees that Bush is a little man in a big hat. I don't think there is much he can do anymore to salvage any American influence in the area. TP
