Property taxes (not associated with an renewable project) would have; there have been some changes to the house which is best kept secret from the man. I live in an outlaw county. Things happen without the man knowing. However, if the building inspector was involved... I'm not even positive that the original house was ever signed off by the building folks; I'm not sure the original owner got the septic signed off. Better to keep things they way they are. TK
