Regarding the change of personnel at AGPH, before shooting arrows, examine the source of the error. This is a direct quote for the AGPH news release of 6/30, (from PR Newswire) - "Michael D. Varney, Ph.D., formerly Senior Director, has been promoted to Vice President, Head of Research and will succeed Dr. Robert Jackson, who has left the company." Clearly, their news release should have been proofread one more time in order to avoid any confusion. If they had proofread their release, and stated Jackson's true position and if I had misrepresented that, then I would be at fault. However, accusing me of lying about Jackson's position is groundless. I have no problem having an intelligent discussion of the pros and cons of AGPH with others on this thread, however I would like to stick to the fundamentals of AGPH and not engage in personal attacks. I would like to point out that Robertson Stephens blamed the error on short-sellers while Morgan Stanley actually read the release in the same way I did - to quote from the Morgan Stanley comment - "Michael Varney, Ph.D. who replaces Dr. Robert Jackson as head of research." So are you going to call Doug Lind, M.D. (Morgan Stanley analyst) a liar also? Why would the Robertson analyst blame it on short-sellers? You all can answer that for yourselves.
